If you have back issues of the Trapdoor news letters out out by Al Frasca there is quite a bit on The Penn. state police trapdoors. A friend of mine bought one nor knowing its history and we found it was shown in the newsletters.

The German schuetzen [wano] in Germany 60 bulk will weigh 60 on the scale but has much less power than the GOEX. No GOEX again...
