Order out a cheap twin-size sheet from Amazon - the memsahib need never know . . . You might be right about the white, but you want something to cut down the distraction of all that woven metal. I use my phone, and edit the photos later on my computer - works for me, but, your mileage may vary.

I used an old towel she let me have. This is the very first 1868/1868 that I finally found. It’s my favorite. #127.
