This Model 1884 rifle is in excellent condition. It is one manufactured in 1889 with a very shiny bore!!!
The metal shows VERY little usage and is in excellent condition. The stock has not been sanded and the cartouche and firing proof are very deep and sharp.
A photo shows the letters CFS stamped below the breech. I assume they are post service stamps. The color case on the rifle is light, and very clear.
The
mechanics are excellent.
A VERY collectible/shootable rifle with a flawless bore!!!!!
