Thanks. Starting again to try and get as much knowledge as I can on it to help decide what to do with it. I'm not sure if I want to shoot it. My luck I'd break something. I have owned and fired several TD rifles but no other carbines and none this early.

I doubt anything would break but should anything break such as firing pin, extractor all can be replaced as they are readily available. 55 gr. Of 2ff Swiss, a couple wads and a 405 gr. Hollow base bullet would do just fine. I’d shoot it if it were mine
