Offhand, I can't think of anything needing disassembly, but: Two-notch, or three notch tumbler? Sight held with slotless screws, yes/no?

2 notch tumbler with both slotless screws present and unmarred

Price would be what one would pay for such an early, complete and correct rifle.
Since the original stock is missing hurts the value substantially.
You may be able to find a correct stock at a show or watch for one on eBay, they do come up on eBay once in a while.
If you do sell it with a correct stock be sure to let the buyer know it is a replacement.
