NICE Rifle! Wonder where that has been hiding all these years.
I thought these used positive cams, but I don't see the screw in the side by the cam latch.

I don't see it either, but it sure looks correct otherwise. I had no info that "H" existed when I was writing my book. Too bad Dick Branum is gone - he once told me that he had five (5) .30 calibers on his living room carpet at one get-together. Seeing as this gun is from Texas, it may well have been one of them. If I were a buyer, i would demand that the block question be clarified/resolved before placing a bid.

prices have been posted for the auction and the rifle item 146 did not sell as the number is bypassed on the list. Hands on may have shown problems?

Could be, though at the level of vetting one would expect for that rifle, it's hard to see how they could say it had the latch, and then get funky, but I sure cannot see that screw - or - perhaps there is something we don't know about the blocks. I've never heard of any other screw variants, but, you never know. It IS odd (or perhaps telling) that they did not picture it? The .30 block is not just high-arch, it is NO arch at all, bottom cylindrical front to back save for the ejector clearance hole.
