What if you contacted Turner Saddlery. And described your problem and ask if they would sell you some? You may have you buy a dozen or more but the worse that could happen is perhaps they would refuse.

The 4th sling down was the one I had on #127.
It came years ago on an early first type 1870 rifle from Iowa that I think was one of the very first to’ve been serial numbered before that practice was stopped for the 1870.
It was number 17.

Go to e-bay type in brass leather rivets scroll until what you need is found.. You might have to buy a couple dozen of what you want but they are not expensive
