Isn't Poulin a kind of a back door for James Julia, and, in a sense handles many of their "lesser" items for them?

Julia and Poulin are related by marriage, and their properties were adjacent. Julia retired due to wife's health, and Poulin bought his larger facility. Julia recently signed on with Poulin as auctioneer, so while they were semi-competitors, semi-collaborators it was pretty much an honest deal.
Poulin may have started with some items Julia was less interested in, but grew to be one of the major players in the gun field on their own merit, while Julia was winding down.

I have always found Poulin's description efforts and business practices to be acceptable as a buyer. Their fees and shipping costs are reasonable.
