Trapdoor Rifles

I was wondering what is the best oil that can be used to maintain the stock and if what I am using is still considered the to be good? I currently use English Lemon oil, using it for years. Thanks

Frank, Mix it with boiled Linseed oil. Put on a few drops and rub with palm of hand until very warm. Also be sure its real Lemon oil the stuff they try to pass off today is a petroleum product with lemon scent added to it.
