Hoping to find some desperately needed parts for my 1865 1st Allin conversion.
Possibly someone here may have a firing pin retainer screw along with two of those little screws that hold the ejector arm and ejector together.
I have searched to the end of the internet for these parts but with no luck. Maybe someone here may have some in their small parts bin

If someone (Dick?) could post pics of the parts in question, maybe someone can ID something in their junk box as being what you need, although right now they have no idea what the parts are.

John S, there was a picture of all parts for the 1865 on the old site but it is no longer there.
The seller, Ed Knisley no longer has those parts.
I am unable to post a photo of the firing pin retainer screw as only the head and a couple threads come out, the rest is broken off and stuck down inside the breech block
Here is a link to the extractor screw on S&S, they do not have a listing for the retainer screw.

Firing pin retaining screw. Broken down inside breech block.

I guess these screws have gone the way of the dinosaurs
Re: Buy sell trade - 1865 1st Allin parts
They look pretty close to M1873 and later trapdoor or Krag rear sight base screws which are all the same threads but differ in length and head details.
IIRC the huge Brownells green book full of manuals and parts has some charts showing specs for various screws for all sorts of commercial arms, so maybe you can find something the size you need which was also used for something in a Winchester, Remington or Marlin, etc.

They are much smaller than rear sight screws but may be the same as the screw on the buckhorn ladder??
I don't have any of those either to check.
Thanks for the information.
