Well my friends, I happened upon an auction for a trapdoor and just couldn't help myself. Looks like a legit early 1873 minus the front barrel band...regardless, the price point was good enough to assume the rest was in order. Tell me what you think.

Wow, that’s a nice one! Good job. I picked up a Kansas marked first model recently, the condition isnt nearly as nice as that one but it has tons of markings and the bore is great.
